Very nice breakfast full of fresh fruit, bread, croissant, eggs, salami...large parking. Never s'en so large bedroom and bathroom. Staff +++. The man at réception helped us for tourism research (fountain 99) and gave us à very good adress for enoteca.

I really want to praise the hotel staff. I had a situation with my (first) room that it was next to the room with a guest who was obviously unwell - loud coughing and sneezeng, etc. Practically, I could not sleep normaly in the room. I asked for room change and the staff proceeded it smoothly. Thanks again! Rooms we good, clean with nice view on Apennine Mountains. Breakfast is typically Italian, with a lot of croisants. I am not personally amazed by this, but it was OK and I noticed that other guests were happy. Again, the staff in the hotel restaurant was attentive.

The place has a magical atmosphere, the surroundings and structure are very well kept and there is a lot of greenery. But what makes it so special is the big Italian family that is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with homemade wine and provided with fresh eggs every day. A wonderfully renovated property that has a unique character and provides a memorable experience. For international tourists, it really feels like postcard Italy. From the start Antonio was a friendly host who not only greeted and showed me around the premises, but also provided the story behind the history and renovation of the nunnery. A lot of hard work and attention has gone into the restoration. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well heated. The bed was comfortable. The common lounge and dining areas were welcoming and had everything you need. It’s a great space to meet other guests or take some time out yourself in the lounges. There were cakes and treats, and access to a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The breakfast is ‘self-serve and self-make’ which I liked because no need to worry about start/finish times. The property is slightly away from the town with views over the mountains. the night I was there all the guests were respectful of others and it was so quiet for sleeping. If you have a chance to see inside the church, it’s a great story.
