Very friendly hosts, Rossetta was extremely accommodating from our late check in to our check out. We had a truly authentic and local experience, with fresh and homemade breakfast prepared every day. Someone from our group was lactose intolerant and Rossetta made sure that there were lactose free options during breakfast. The view was amazing, beds comfortable, rooms clean and heating works very well. Some well cared for animals surrounding the property that were very friendly! They also sell some nice wines and pistacchio cream, try them!

Lovely design and attention for details, and warm welcome by the host. Precise indications about the check-in and lovely gesture of proposing us an aperitivo one the side of the pool with spritz and arancini to compensate the breakfast that we weren’t able to attend. Everything sparkling clean and great body products. We definitely come back to Pascià next time around the area, highly recommended!

So clean and new! A lot of space and really modern. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We used Google translate and hand signs to communicate but it worked perfectly. she had put signs so easy to find using the coordinates she sent from Google maps. Great Wi-Fi. Close to Etna. It is a very quiet town and has everything you would need, such as supermarkets, Restaurants, vegetable Shops and Salmuneria Shops. Also playground for kids in the town square.

We only stayed one night and we wished we could have stayed...

We only stayed one night and we wished we could have stayed a couple of days on this beautiful property. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very informative about the local attractions and food we should try. The dinner we had was 5-star, it was prepared with local and seasonal ingredients that the chef prepared just for us. The portions were out of this world and you have to wear stretch pants to finish it all, but it's so worth it. The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable.

Well Ragalna is a a very small town with approx. 4,000 residents so groceries, super markets and restaurants are quite limited. 1 improvement would be clearing the rubbish from the side of the roads but this is not only in Ragalna. It`s a pitty such a beautiful island still has these issues. The location is very good if you`re planning to go ETNA. It`s also a good location to travel to Catania, Giardini Naxos, Taormina , Enna, Acireale and various parks with destinations no longer than 1.5-2hrs to places mentioned above.

Stayed for one night on a bike trip. The apartment, well located close to Etna's 'Rifugio Sapienza', impeccably clean, fully equipped and with outstanding modern finishes. Our host, Ms Agatha was very helpful in giving sound advice where to dine and was also kind enough to put a beer in the fridge for us. This was much appreciated after a long day's drive! Little things make a huge difference...well done Ms Agatha and 'I Mori apartment', Ragalna. Definitely highly recommended!

Vinzenco and Daniela are the absolute best hosts one can find! The breakfast and especially the pistachio & chocolate cake Daniela freshly baked was divine - thank you so much for all the tips for the area and restaurants When you are in Ragalna, definitely go visit the winery Enoteca Dell’ Etna and Pietra Nera for dinner, such a great experience and yum Pizza Would definitely come back :)
