We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff — they were genuinely attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. A feel of a well run and proudly run family albergio. Great value for money. Good wifi and aircon. Easy check-in. Excellent evening meal in their restaurant and a great breakfast, including eggs! Good bike storage for the FVG3 route.

The room where we stayed is super-neat - everything seems new (or maybe it is). The breakfast is really nice - the breakfast host is very friendly, the food is excellent - we finished everything that was set on our table! We came with an SUV and a long boat trailer - their parking is so big that it can accommodate our parking needs. This is a big plus!

Breakfast was good, The options at the restaurant for dinner are great (although not included on the price of the hotel, and the architecture is stunning. The sauna is perfect and so are the pools. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was well equipped, cozy and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes far from the Alpe-Adria cycle trail. In the neighbourhood there are some excellent cafés and restaurants and not least historical sights.

This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.
