When you imagine that you travel to a friends who lives at the village in Europe, what would you expect? Probably village life, which is different than the one in the city. What would you expect when you travel to desert? Probably much less confortable place than you can find here at MalakoRum. Very confortable rooms, european type of toilet, hot shower (we vere there just at the end of calendar year - so in winter time). Wow and such delicious dinner freshly cooked by the hosts. The stay for us was like visiting friends who moved to desert to farm there. So we expected animals around, and we loved it. When you see beduins next the desert streets they have also animals around. So the experience from the desert life was way more much authentic then the games played to tourist elsevere. We expected and loved that touch of authenticity. Jo was very kind all the time to explain all the things we were curious about - desert life,geology, history etc. and she turn to be very rich well of knowledge. She offered us a hiking tour in the mountains around and it was unexpectedly experience with a little climbing at the top of near hill top with wonderful view. Jafar may seem to be harsh and bitter, as the desert fruit are, on the first glance. But when you let to know him a little bit more you will find the cool and broad hearted man you can love. We had four-wheeler car so we wanted to travel more in desert, but without any experience of desert ride. Jo and Jafar helped us to plan our little desert trip, just for the time we had. That trip was also wonderful experience which we would have not undergo without the help of our "desert" friends. Thank you for encouraging and helping.

I was impressed by the hospitality of our hosts. Being in the desert was magical. They wanted us to enjoy it to the fullest. They recommended an overnight trip to the desert and a six-hour tour. We also loved the bubble. It is air-conditioned, allowing you to cool your bubble or warm it up if you are visiting during cooler times.

I really liked the place ,amazing staff,good vibes,the owner of the camp was very nice ,generous, he gave us a complementary dinner ,and he make us discounts on every thing،jeep tours,camel rides,stargazing, our room was very 😍 beatiul ,we enjoyed our time there ,I will com back again soon with my friends. ‏눀 – ‏‪ – The overall experience at the camp was splendid. Abdullah and his family were amazing hosts, always making sure that we were doing okay and having a great time. I did the hiking and the full day jeep tour with the camp as well and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had and was well worth the money.‬‏

I advise you in this wonderful camp. The staff was beautiful and the view of the room was very amazing and the food was. Delicious, especially the zurb, and I advise you in activities inside the desert, especially the four-hour tour, the star tour at night, and camel riding in the morning. I will repeat this experience. Thank you, luxury.

‏Raja has great service and has a very nice spot. Definitely 100% recommend going here. Great spot for all tourists to travel. The food is spectacular and, they have a great dancing show at the end of the night. Spectacular business and, a must see place with a great view.

‏‪눀 – When we booked at Rum Armony Camp ,we did not know what to expect.We were lucky to have been in touch with Mr. ABDALLAH .He tried to ensure that everything would go as smoothly as possible for us even though we spent only one night there .The hospitality was superb and the atmosphere friendly and homey..We felt part of an extended family.We also booked the dinner and the JEEP tour for 6hours in the desert with them and we were totally satisfied.During our stay in Jordan we had the feeling of safety, knowing that we could refer to Mr. ABDALLAH ,as to a good friend, who would try to find the best solution for us.We want to thank him and his colleagues once more and hope that he will continue to be enthusiastic about his work and maintain high standards‬‏

We had a great time at this camp. Everything is new and perfect. The rooms are new and clean. Great staff. I had a nice jeep trip experience at a good price. I enjoyed looking at the stars. Food is prepared in a hole in the sand. it is delicious. I recommend it is flexible. Thank you, Atef

Ali is a bedouine guy that lives in Wadi Rum. He lives with his family but he has a tent in front of his parent’s house, and in this tent he welcome the couchsurfers to the desert life. He also has another house where he host the guests for a couple of nights. Ali is friendly and can create a glimpse of the bedouine atmosphere in his place. He does tours to the desert with his truck and he charges a good price for his guests.

It was a beautiful trip and one of the best trips and I advise you in Wadi Rum, especially this place was one of the most beautiful sites and I enjoyed the activities of Wadi Rum and the star tour is very wonderful.
