I would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. My experience was excellent in this hotel. The staff was great especially Muneer in the reception. I got upgraded in the room with an additional free breakfast. Rami the restaurant manager was attentive and professional as well as his staff. Each and every staff made sure to greet all guest with a smile and show them a personalized good experience. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The in room dining was excellent as well. the whole atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious and I am definitely coming back.
