- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

This place will make you smile! It is a very generous size, seems like it could easily accomodate 4 people. It has a dining area, kitchen, games desk (lots of games!!) and a small upper floor space/attic. Be sure to find the privacy screens for the shower because the shower is in the kitchen and in full view of pretty much the whole apartment. Brilliant value for money!!! We loved it.

A great price-quality ratio, a large room exactly like in pictures, a fully-equipped kitchen with wine glasses and other utensils, a comfortable bed (in my case it was two single beds put together), a walk-in wardrobe which is a nice element to it and the staff that went the extra mile to print out restaurant recommendations and a route to Teine ski resort when I asked. I came to Sapporo to ski so the location was key for me. To get to the Teine ski resort, you need to walk 15 min to Kotoni JR station and take a train for 20ish min to Teine station, then a bus (check the schedule in busy times!). A wonderful experience with the hotel that I would repeat without a doubt.

This was my second stay at the Keio Prelia, and again they did not disappoint. The room and breakfast were above par (with local cuisine!), and the hotel is located a short walk from U. Hokkaido as well as the downtown core. A late checkout took only minutes to arrange.

We find the hotel next to the train station but didnt expect to be really close like this. We can hear the train running on the rail :) Nice for the experience. I walk down to see the public onsen. But we have no time to bathe there. We recognize the free ice cream stick. So, yumm. Thank you.

Staff were really lovely, very professional, 5 star! The hotel lobby, bar area & restaurant were all lovely, a huge buffet breakfast with so many options. Room was large with a nice view over Sapporo city. So many bathroom amenities supplied. The Hokkaido Resort Liner bus stops at this hotel for transfers to Niseko which was perfect.
