Very close to subway station and to pier. Breakfast was simply amazing with a very wide selection. Room was very spacious with lots of toiletries. Lobby was very elegant and with an excellent bar witrh live music. Definetely will be back next year for my usual stay in Yokohama.

This was the very first hotel we check in upon reaching Japan, and it was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, comfy bads, clean, and location is close to amenities and the station but not too close that it was peaceful and away from crowds. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of western and Japenese. Although the spread wasn't as wide as other hotels, the quality of the food was fresh and tasty. It raised our expectations for our stay in Japan but nothing came close in comparison after. Definitely our family's favourite, we'll definitely make another booking if we ever do visit Yokohama again.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Lovely city by the port and sea!

Lovely city by the port and sea! It's a very walkable city with everything nicely spaced out. Not many tourists come here so you get a real taste of Japan's city life (this is the second biggest city after Tokyo, of course).

Yokohama is a great city.

Yokohama is a great city. We took the train from Narita airport, which was easy and quick.The harbour and park areas are breathtaking We had 3 days, could have had an extra day. Transport by bus is easy with information given by the hotel and cheap. Taxis not so much! There is plenty to do and see, especially if you like walking. The New Hotel Grande is right next to Chinatown, which was great for food, but the restaurants serve a lot of cold food, so you need to specify. If you go on a cruise to or from Yokohama, stay a few days before and do heaps of sightseeing, then relax on the ship after.

The city and people are amazing , it is also close to TOKYO by metro, I learned beautiful cultural practices, Japan is a must have experience in one's live you will enjoy visiting the temples and the food and shopping for cosmetics ... I learned a lot of beautiful things.

We stayed at the Hilton Yokohama which was close to a nice waterfront area, Chinatown, Children's museum and K-arena, a baseball stadium, modern, large shopping stores that were local, not touristy. You could explore Tokyo attractions from there as the train station is close to that area of Yokohama. The Haneda airport is not far. Nice area.

a fun sight of landmark tower and especially evening is beautiful with all the glittering lights sitting by the window its really crowded in summer and almost reservation is required and so many lovely hotels and great way to stroll and enjoy all kinds of yummy lunch and dinner.

Bustling city with lesser tourist attractions compare to Tokyo its however only a 1hr train ride to tokyo. Alot of nice cafe and malls around ro keep me entertain during my stay there. Very historical site n love the toilets

The hotel location is extremely convenient. In addition, there is a retail mall within the development which make is even more convenient for last minute shopping. It was the best decision to get the bay view rooms, as the view was awesome! We only got to find out that there is direct express bus running between both Narita and Haneda Airport and Yokohama Royal Park Hotel. Will definitely consider this option in our future trips.

One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. Room is big. Breakfast is good. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station and all the facilities are very new and clean since the hotel was newly opened in April 2024. My family and I really enjoyed their hot bath and Sauna located at their G floor. Definitely recommend to those who plans to visit Yokohama.

Great hotel close to all amenities in Yokohama. Train,bus and easy walking to almost all of Yokohama. It is also located in one of the main shopping streets and if you are catching a cruise ship a twelve minute walk. A bonus for the hotel pyjamas are supplied if you need them and on the top floor is a traditional Japanese Bath

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

Located very conveniently for Shon-Yokohama station in an area that has a lot of reasonably priced restaurants around and excellent transport links. Staff at reception were very helpful and charmingly polite (as everyone in Japan tends to be).
