It was superbly located and within walking distance of my needs. It had all the facilities I needed and was extremely comfortable, but the thing I liked the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff - every single one of them. I did get food poisoning and I think it was from the buffet breakfast (but impossible to say for sure, I had eaten else where the day before, but was fine until after my meal at breakfast when I fell quite ill an hour and a half later..it could have just been one bad veggie). It's nobody's fault because these things happen and the food was still excellent, healthy, and there was plentiful options. What I can say is the matter was taken very seriously and that Holiday Inn did everything in their power to supplement my recovery and help me to feel better. They even sent someone from the front desk to my room to personally check on me, and the kitchen offered to make me soup. Their response to the mishap outweighed the negativity of the food poisoning in the first place exponentially. I can't recommend this place, the service and the kindness and compassion of the staff enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom suite at Trademark Suites at Enaki Town, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Nairobi. From the moment we arrived, everything about the resort exceeded expectations. The entire property is immaculately maintained, clean, and beautifully presented. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home — perfect for both relaxation and extended stays. The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Steven, who was absolutely outstanding — always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any hour really stood out. Breakfast was excellent every morning — fresh, well-prepared, and replenished quickly when anything ran out. The staff handling the breakfast service were accommodating and happy to meet any special requests, which made mornings that much more enjoyable. The resort’s facilities were also top-notch. One of the most convenient features was the complimentary shuttle bus to Village Market, which made getting around effortless. It's little touches like this that really elevate the guest experience. All in all, Trademark Suites at Enaki Town delivers a superb level of comfort, service, and convenience. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Nairobi.
