One of the best hotel experience i ever had, price is very reasonable, food was nice, location is strategic, near beach and mall/restaurants, the staff was totally friendly and the manager David was very accommodating. He gave me free upgrade! Will be back!

9 weeks into travelling SEA and with out a doubt the nicest most comfortable accommodation so far, if we hadn't travel arrangements booked we definitely would have extended our stay. So helpful, accommodating and just genuine nice people. Don't hesitate booking here, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, in a prime location, 1min walk from the private beach, and the best beach stretch with white sand and lovely clear water. 3 Restaurants, right on the beach, with shade and lovely scenery of the sea.Can swim, as the sea is so calm. The staff are wonderful, and so helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Sean, Charly, Kim Sok Hour, Vanndy, Marith, Chan Seileka, Chrok Chrav I booked this hotel with no research, but when i arrived, i was amazed. Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. Free shuttle service to the city centre in a luxury vehicle, Amazing !! Great breakfast with local and foreign cuisine. Lovely pool and sunbeds, and massage on site, again, superb. Room service is prompt, and efficient, and no one is waiting for tips. The staff are very attentive, and so friendly, but not waiting for tips. Great stay, Thanks to all at Queenco Hotel & Casino Sihanoukville, Cambodia

Although we stayed for only one night, we loved everything about this Hotel/resort. Everywhere we went, the property was obviously clean and taken care of. Our room was immaculate, clean and more than comfortable, bed was dreamy. The bathroom was very modern and again, immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a great space to hang out, enjoy a meal and drink while looking out over the city and sea. The pool was perfect. The staff are seriously next-level wonderful - warm, caring, professional . While checking in, I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. The staff went above and beyond to locate and have my phone returned to me. I can’t explain how fantastic the team are and how grateful I am for their support and care. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

this was probably one of the nicest hotels i’ve ever stayed in, it was super clean, it had youtube so we could watch some stuff on tv as we were only there for a night , the pillows and bed were so comfy, they had snacks you could also buy in the room. 10/10 room

You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy...

You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy colonial French architecture. Such an ugly jumble of buildings I don't think I have ever seen. But - it's the people that count and they seem OK. The indoor market is there if you need something. There's loads of banks and ATMs. I went to the beach and stayed approximately 1 minute since I saw complete lack of infrastructure for sunseekers. I stayed at the Don Bosco Hotel School which has a swimming pool in its large compound. There's a bunch of unfinished construction in the form of building shells but the strand seems completely free of obstruction.

Most people visit Sihanoukville as a stop of point before visiting the Koh Rohg Islands, it’s a different experience as the city is filled with half built hotels, tower blocks ! Apparently the Chinese investor was putting a lot of money into the place for offices and casinos around online gambling but when the Cambodian government made it illigal in 2019, the building work just stopped - so it’s got like this apocalyptic feel about the place - worth a short stay

The Sihanoukville I remember no longer exists .it's now a resort city catering for Chinese tourists, hardly any English signage anywhere. The cities roads seemed to have improved. But a lot of buildings left on hold now half finished properly due to the Covid slowdown. Seems like Macau in the tropics

The whole city is a construction site, many abandoned, crowded buildings. Much of it is more China Town than Sihanoukville, full of chaotically located skyscraper casinos. The authentic one has been lost and that is a minus. The beach would be beautiful if it were cared for. It is degradation and abandonment, very high prices at European level. You don't really have anything to do in the city for more than a day.

Even the Cambodians refer to this city as a Chinese colony.

Even the Cambodians refer to this city as a Chinese colony. Many of the restaurants have menus only in Chinese. The casinos (of which there are well over 100) do not admit native Cambodians. The tuktuks often don't even offer fares to non-Chinese foreigners. Sihanoukville is the place you go to get a boat to Koh Rong and other offshore islands. Don't plan to stay.

The management & staff were great - they arranged very comfortable transport from Sihanoukville airport to the hotel for our large family group and were willing to accommodate our sometimes strange requests. The New Year's Eve party arranged by the hotel on the beachfront was very enjoyable - excellent buffet and great entertainment. The hotel location is very convenient for catching the boats across to the islands (Koh Rong etc).

Rooms were big and the pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. It's location across the road from Otres Beach was excellent and it was far enough away from Sihanoukville to avoid the big city traffic, congestion & noise. Breakfast was good and the cook made us some excellent meals when we ordered lunch & dinner.

So nice place. I can only recommend this hotel. Very good location and staff is nice. This was our favourite destination in Cambodia and we loved it. It was in a quiet location and since it’s a small hotel it felt like an oasis. Location was good, everything within reach with tuktuk/rickshaw or walking.
