The host, Elie, was very friendly and helpful. The mountain view was amazing,and the proximity to some historic places nearby, the souk, and a couple of great restaurants for dining out .

The best part of this hotel is the hospitality we were welcomed with. Once we arrived, we were given a room next to the reception area. We conveyed our concerned that the room might be a little bit noisy due to its location but yet we happily settled in the room. Half an hour later, we received a phone call from the manager who expressed her will to upgrade us to a suite upstairs. We gladly accepted and this really meant a lot. To top it up, the lady refused to let us pay for the 2 beers we took from the minibar and said it was on the house. The breakfast is another thing to talk about. It is exceptional! (See pic) In short, the place is great for a relaxing stay and it is very close to the Barouk cedar reserve, which you can have a very beautiful hike in.

Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel pleasantly surprised me with their communication and implementation of measures needed for my family member who required disabled services. The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel as an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and also needs assistance and provision of disabled services. What a beautiful BEAUTIFUL place! A haven in nature right below the cedars in what is probably the most beautiful part of the Chouf The panorama of the mountain from the exquisite colourful garden is gorgeous, the interior design is so elegant and funky, a rarity in hotels at this price range. The spa was a great addition compared to last year (cold plunge, sauna, etc...). People working here are SO nice... So genuine... I was really impressed again! Will come back this summer with the kids and use Al Fundok as a base to explore the region with them
