Owner of the property - Chaya , was very hospitable and helpful. She helped us to organize a tuk tuk tour around Anuradhapura with a private guide - Adid (super nice guy with a big knowledge). The apartment was huge, clean and with air conditioning. Nothing was missing. The food , that Chaya made for us , was delicious. The best we had tried in Sri Lanka (really). We regret that our stay was so short and we missed the cooking classes…maybe next time. I highly recommend this apartments. Greetings from Poland

This place has everything you need, even an adapter for charging your phone. The hosts are very friendly, gave a lot of info about visiting the temple complex and you can even rent a bicycle. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a mix of local and continental food. A lot of thought has been put into making this beautiful place, nothing is missing. There is a garden also and lots of plants. You won't feel cramped here, the rooms are very spacious and also clean.

The view from the room is super beautiful, the vocation is a little bit outside of the city Center what makes it really calm and natural. When I sat on the terrace I saw monkeys and palm trees. The best part of this place is the host family who treated me super kindly and made me part of the family for the time I stayed at their place. The owner of the property took me to a lot of hidden places and when I got hungry he dropped me at a really nice restaurant. I am really grateful I got to know them!

The staff was amazing, especially Hetti! He was the sweetest. He akkoord us to cook our own food, he even helped us cook and after he insisted on doing the dishes for us! The room was really comfortable, the bed is super soft and the AC is amazing! The location is also perfect, in the middle of Anurhadapura! Subaseth Villa is amazing, deserving a top score of 10/10! This was my second visit after two years, and everything felt just as welcoming, clean, and peaceful as before, maybe even better. Last time, I missed out on experiencing village life, but this time I made sure to explore by asking for a bike. The staff went out of their way to get me one and set up a great bike tour, suggesting cool spots like the big tanks you see around here. It was a highlight of my trip! The local food here is yummy, and they also have different kinds of food if you want to try something new. The location is perfect, close to Wilpattu National Park and the ancient city of Anuradhapura, so you don't have to switch hotels to see both places. For someone like me who's used to city life, it's the best place to stay because it's like a mix of luxury and nature. Whenever I'm in this area, Subaseth Villa is where I'll be, and I recommend it to everyone!
