We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very calmng and relaxing, especially the ocean view. Nice breakfasts and good coffee! Good Wifi. We also liked a lot that the rooms were big and the shower was open air. We wish Swell Shacks to expand and buid more rooms at larger area!

Excellent hostel! Lovely clean rooms, a quote and comfortable atmosphere with lots of places to chill and great complimentary coffees. An ideal location in Hirikitiya. The owner went above and beyond when we fell ill so that’s another plus.

We absolutely loved it. The guy from the staff who took care of us was very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with the views on the beach and turtles peaking their heads, what else could you wish for??

A very thoughtfully designed small hotel with great attention to detail. We loved the rooms with veranda/porch towards the swimming pool. They hotel is right on the beach which is beautiful and not crowded at all. All the staff is very warm and friendly. The drinks at the bar are great and food is delicious! We did miss seafood options in the food menu though.. have stayed at other beaches on the south coast with better fresh seafood options on the menu. Otherwise this place is just perfect for a few days of stay!

Hotel was super clean, nice and amazing locations. Lovely rooftop and pool area! Community/food area was super nice, too and the view is simply amazing! Staff & hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. Can recommend the coconut pancakes - YUM!

The Sea Bay Inn feels like one of a kind. The owner and the complete staff have been so nice and welcoming, it felt like home. The room was new, modern and very clean. We've been able to reach the closest supermarket by foot easily and even walked to the city center. The closest beach to the Sea Bay Inn is just down the road and absolutely beatiful. There are not many spots outside of direct sunshine, but the beach is not very crowded. If you need any travel advice around town the owner will help you swiftly, her son is also available with his TukTuk. All in all a very pleasent stay and we would love to come back!
