Great location. Across from Galle Face Park and coastal walk, internal entrance to Galle Face Mall which offers food and many shopping options. Pool facilities and Spa on L4 fabulous. Water and fruit nibbles offered at pool free to assist with hydration on very hot days was a lovely touch. Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Little things like our Towels being refreshed twice on our first day as we had arrived early and showered on arrival. Stunning view at night of Lotus Tower and it’s magical colours

We travelled to Colombo for business purposes and a series of meetings. On check-in, we were upgraded to a suite due to the duration of our stay. Excellent facilities and service at a great location. The Sheraton at Colombo made for an amazing stay based on its central location and excellent service. We were given an upgraded room based on my Marriott status and had access to the lounge which made for a relaxing area for a bite or a beverage. Rooms were spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean, which made for a serene experience when one woke up and during the day. What topped it all off was the excellent service and the help offered, be it for a list item on our flight in, or other hotel amenities. The breakfast spread was top notch with tons of varieties and customizations! Recommend it highly if you’re planning on a visit to Colombo!

If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

The staff was really kind (especially with our kid). The room was nice and clean. It was close to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and a Cargill supermarket close to it. The staff helped us to organize our transfer to Willpattu. We enjoyed the roof pool. The breakfast was exceptional.
