The level of care and attention from the staff was impeccable—they were well-trained, friendly, and attentive to our every need. It’s evident that they take pride in making every guest feel at home, and it truly elevated our experience. On top of all this, the accommodations themselves were outstanding. The rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished, creating a space that was both elegant and inviting. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience that made us feel completely rejuvenated. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious and very nice. The environment is so nice - there are white rabbits running freely on the lawns around the pool. The staff, especially Sasini, did everything to make us feel special. There is washing machine in the kitchen area, which was really helpful.

What a lovely place. One of the nicest rooms we had on our trip through Sri Lanka. Very spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. We loved staying there. The breakfast option was wide and good. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian option was provided. Complimentary welcome drink(tender coconuts) was given. The host was helpful and welcoming. Would recommend this unique stay!

We really like the beautiful and super-spacious room. Stuff in the rooftop restaurant was super friendly and professional. Cocktails are tasty. Want to mention Dilki from the restaurant as she was beautifully helpful and friendly. And a restaurant manager Raveen. Who is doing his job professionally!

Villa 73 Unawatuna was our best hotel in Sri Lanka. It was a spacious and clean and equipped room. We received a delicious and plentiful breakfast. They taught me how to make roti and coconut sambol. The host and staff were extremely polite. They helped us with everything. They are lovely team! I recommend to everyone.
