Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

The receptionist let me stay in the room after the check out time while I was waiting to catch a late afternoon bus to another city. They really didn't have to but they still let me rest and this was really nice of them ! Overall it's a good place ! Thanks!

It was close to everything, at the plaza. The room was good and clean with a working AC and we got a cute balcony! The receptionist was so kind!
