When we got to the place, I immediately noticed that this place seems really popular, and for good reason. Bob was a wonderful host, full of enthusiasm and very diligent. We were met with tea on arrival and he always made sure our needs were being met. We were asked ahead of time if we were going to have dinner with them and were glad we decided to. The multi-course dinner was good and huge for €15 per person. Breakfast was the typical Moroccan breakfast offering plus other stuff in the form of a buffet. The rooms are quite small and basic but clean and comfy. It is next to the road but the road is generally quiet even in the day and extra quiet from sunset onwards. We got a spacious balcony that opened up to a wonderful view of the gorge. We only stayed one night which seemed typical for many of the guests but this place seems to be run very well. Bob also explained how to get to the gorge in great detail. The beginning of the trail to the gorge is only a few minutes away on foot but you can also drive and park there. Bonus: Charlie the good girl is just the sweetest.

It exceeded all expectations. This is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) hotels I have ever been to. You can really unplug here and take a pause on life. Walking around the property feels like your exploring a living museum. Unique, beautiful, tranquil. The staff are beyond incredible. If there is one thing you should do in Morocco - its stay in this hotel! Highlight of our tip.

It was very clean, the rooms were very modern with lots of outlets, the breakfast was top notch, and the host was our favourite. We also had dinner there and it was our favourite in the town! The shower was hot and had great pressure. The hike was amazing and definitely worth checking out. Recommend hiring the hotel host to guide you because it’s not well marked and there are some tricky parts.

The views from the terrace here is gorgeous, particularly for sunset. Place is immaculate and kept very clean, and I ended up with the entire place with just me, so I had a very tranquil experience. The facilities are definitely nice given the location, which is on the way to the top of the Dades gorge viewpoint. I had some very cool conversation and cultural learning from Abrahim the co-owner and manager who speaks excellent English. They also serve a decent dinner for 130dh (though I wish there was more meat portion). Apparently, they used to be part of tour operations but understandably is no longer associated due to the amount of effort to maintain. As a result though, this place is imo underrated at the moment in terms of occupancy rate! It was definite of amazing value for me as a stop between Marrakesh and Erg Chebbi self-tour.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in Morocco. Been here almost 3 months. They anticipate your needs and are happy to do anything for you. I also got to learn how to make Msemmen with the cook. The hike to Monkey Fingers is close by. Abdou and Said came with us and lucky for us we got to see places on the trail that isn't shown on the AllTrails App. Fabulous place would return in the future.

Everything is great! From the bedroom - comfy abd cozy, to the rooftop view with a nice pool, to the host and all the staff members! Everyone is amazing and they gave us great tips regarding what to do around the area. They prepared a bday surprise for me, which was super kind and sweet!!! I highly recommend the spot. On top of everything, there is a cute cute puppy if you are into dogs - if not, don’t worry, because they keep it separate from the guests! Location is PERFECT! You are close to all the attractions and can easily move around.

If you have plans to stay in the area, do not hesitate to book this hotel! It is a large hotel with many terraces with nice views of the gorges rock faces. Our room was large and very clean with a nice terrace. The bathroom was big and we loved the huge shower. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well fed. We enjoyed a 4 course meal at the hotel which was absolutely delicious! We cannot say enough about how great our stay was. We only wish it could have been longer.
