We were delighted by our stay at the Osiris Hotel. We received great communication prior to our stay with very clear instructions. The hotel is terrific. There a cute lounge area with a coffee machine that is open 9am to 6pm.There is a lift - but if you aren't carrying luggage the little spiral staircase is fun. Our room was spacious with a view down the street to the sea. It was very clean with quality furnishings and an excellent bathroom. A really nice feature is that each night, left in our room, was some type of snack produced by the family business - incuding Twisties! Last, but certainly not least, was how lovely Dyna the manager, was. She went out of her way to help us. She is just such a friendly genuine person. That personal touch makes such a difference. We had a wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend the Osiris Hotel for a stay in picturesque Marsaxlokk.

The apartment is located in a small picturesque fishing village; it is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Parking is next to the apartment, and there is always a free spot available. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Since Malta is not very large, it's easy and quick to get to the other side of the island. I highly recommend it.

Picturesque fishing village with plenty of restaurants along the harbour side. The only negative is the large power station and container port just inside the harbour, best not to look in that direction! All the main street is in walking distance. Boat trips available. Big, extremely busy market on a Sunday. Therefore very hard to get into restaurants etc.

Having travelled around GOZO and MALTA for 2 weeks you realise it is a small place and you can get everywhere within 30 mins. We could have stayed in Valletta and done a day trip to here and it would have been enough.

A charming, off-the-beaten path village with colorful boats...

A charming, off-the-beaten path village with colorful boats dotting the bay and fabulous markets to explore - sets the stage for one of the most enjoyable pleasures of Malta. We reached it by bus from Valletta, which was both economical and efficient. There’s a wonderful choice of restaurants set up along the waterfront for a special evening, just one more thing that makes this town truly unforgettable.

Nice place to wander around - the beaches and coast between Marsaxlokk and Marsaskala is beautiful, particularly early in the morning. There's a good enough connection through public transport to the rest of Malta to serve as a base (though I wasn't interest in going to St Julian's etc, so can't comment on how it suits for going out)

Masaxlokk looks just like the photos!

Masaxlokk looks just like the photos! It is a very picturesque working fishing harbour. Great market and always something to watch on the sea. There is a very small square with a few bars on it and the most beautiful church. There is a great choice of restaurants and of course fresh fish daily. One of the best things was the cheap and easy to use buses. We could get a bus just a minute away from our apartment all the way to Valletta for just 2 euros each. We used the buses to visit beaches and towns all over the area and it was a great way of seeing so much of Malta and experiencing other villages.

Charming fishing village full of restaurants, a daily market by the waterfront, colorful fishing boats, close to nature, long walks, beaches and Marsaskala. Approx 45 min by bus from Valletta. Definitely worth staying at least one night.

The apartament was very beautiful in great location, minutes away from a smaller beach and around 10 minutes from a bigger one. It was clean, Michelle at the reception was amazing and super helpful. Amazing atmosphere, definitely the most beautiful hotel in Marsaxlokk. The view at the harbour was a nice touch. The communication with the hotel before and during our stay was very good, they responded quickly and answered all of my questions in detail. I highly recommend staying here!
