The hotel is located in an excellent location on the island. The friendliness of the hosts and staff in the hotel is commendable. They are always smiling and ready to meet all guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, have a terrace and a private bathroom. It is good to mention that they are provided with power adapters. We did not miss anything. The food was delicious and varied. I would recommend everyone to visit the island of Guraidhoo and be a guest of the Athens view hotel, it is an experience that will surely to remember for a lifetime. The second time we stayed in this accommodation and we recommend it. Big rooms, clean and tide. Very well located. And super good price. Staff makes us feel very welcomed. Guraidhoo Island is quite tidy compared to other islands we stayed, and the bikini beach is the most beautiful! Surf is just a paddle across the little channel, and it's super fun. 👌

We loved this place. Santosh and his colleague were super friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views of the sea (from the bed!). They also linked me up with Manta Divers to go diving. I loved Guraidhoo island. Finally, the hotel owner Abdul was great - he met us at Malé Airport when we arrived, and also took us on an excellent walking tour of Malé before our departing flight.

The room is spacious and clean, the house is well decorated, all is beautiful, short way to the beach and the tourist beach is just excellent (I think it's a new beach because the beach on the small island is not there anymore, but the other beach is just wonderful). The owner of the guest house is a very nice person, it's the best impression among all the guest houses visited on Maldives. I highly recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at this amazing place, we even got an upgrade for our room to the garden room. The outdoor shower was new for us, and a really nice feature. The staff was also very kind and informative. Ready to help us out with every Wish. Including our best half day tour of the Maldives. Private tour snorkeling with Dolphins, sharks and plenty of fish, and strolling on a beautiful sandbank all alone. We even got drone and underwater footage. All in all 10 out of 10, we highly recommend!!

Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !

Its perfect for startup swimmers since it has shallow clear nice beach. Picture perfect and has a little sand bank just on the bikini beach that I liked most.. No housereef nearby..so no fish and coral..overall sandy clear water shallow beach..less shadow trees around..1/2 days trip will b perfect though, atleast better than mafushi..

It's simply the sea that makes it, I'm absolutely realistic...

It's simply the sea that makes it, I'm absolutely realistic about that. Without the sea, everything together would be nothing special. So of course everything is based on the sea and depends on the sea. If Guraidhoo wasn't surrounded by the sea, hardly anyone would go there. Those who can live simply and appreciate this special seascape will find relaxation for the soul.

We’ve been here in 2019 and we did all the things new...

We’ve been here in 2019 and we did all the things new travellers do on their first trip such as Island hopping, parties,restaurants and many activities. If you want a laid back holiday, good restaurant's and still enjoy activities Guraidhoo is the number 1 choice. It’s a short ferry ride from Male just past Maafushi. Great bikini beach.

Island is about 30-40 mnts away from Male airport using speed boat , very calm and lots of locals living there so you can also explore locally, prices are pretty good and affordable, however there are some constructions near some beaches that makes some noises sometimes in the morning depending on where you stay.
