Very very kind! We just accidentally entered another Sama Sama instead of the one that we booked since the customs and policemen in the airport just pointed at this. They kindly adjusted everything and helped us to rebook and cancel the previous one for free! Room is perfect for 6 hour stay and to sleep in perfect conditions of silence since the rooms are well soundproofed and clean!

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

This hotel is another excellent choice for those looking for a short time stay during transit. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Will definitely stay again during my next travel.

Good for price very clean n comfortable.

Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

Check the website carefully as the regular rooms are closer to the shore. Most family rooms and suites are further out in the water. The resort is not flexible when it comes to switching types of rooms.

We like the hotel location, it's very strategic, inside the mall and side by side with the airport itself. We can move easily from the hotel to the airport. And we got lot of facilities for old people, such as a wheelchair. We can borrow it easily from the mall front desk, by putting the guaranteed money. It will be returning back to us when we are returning the wheelchair. Hotel room is large enough for taking a rest. If we can get more competitive price, it will be better. :)

We just used the hotel for a 6 hour lay up in between flights. Convenient and close location for the airport. The rooms were large, spacious and convenient for the pool which was a fabulous area to relax by and a lovely pool. We didn't stay the night but the bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious and good too. Cannot comment on breakfast but the evening meal was good and reasonably priced. All still looks very new.

This is a very reasonable price hotel to stay at. We flew in from Melbourne 8.10 pm, went through immigration and got our bags , caught the free bus to terminal 2 where the hotel is had some roti and was in bed by 10.30 pm… yep great location and good price
