From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Not a luxury hotel, but great value for money. Nice and very friendly staff. The restaurant inside the hotel has very good food and they can organize all types of safaris, buy tickets for the buses to other cities or rent bikes. But the part we liked most was the garden in front of the room, which allowed us to wake up in the morning listening to all kinds of birds, despite being very close to the center of the village and the headquarter of the natural park. Very close, just walking 5 minutes, you can also see the place where the goverment have some elephants and one night we even saw a big wild rhino passing very close to the hotel street.

What a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Sujan is just AMAZING and makes you feel like at home. He organised everything for the safari and we spent 1 and a half day with an incredibly knowledgeable tour guide. Is really the perfect host. Plus the hotel has a super nice balcony to chill out. The bed is super comfortable and you have all you need in the room. Thank you again for everything Sujan! :)
