The view of course is exceptional, but we were also welcomed with a friendly greeting on the door, food and drink treats, lights on, fire laid ready, hot spa, the most comfortable beds and pillows, and clear friendly instructions to ensure we had just the best stay possible.

Everything is precisely thought and the service is one of the best i have ever seen. The room is amazing and huge, with a lot of top tier details. The complimentary amenities at the room and the afternoon drinks and canapes is the icing on the cake. i also loved the indian-african restaurant from the hotel. The location is the best in town.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very unusual and stylish hotel room...quirky design, spacious, very very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location less than 5 minutes walk from the centre . I left some photos in the room and they emailed me within a very short time arranging to return them to me.

This comfortable guesthouse was perfectly positioned in Queenstown yet still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely and quite generous, the never-ending lolly bar was very welcome as was the free mini bar but the highlight was afternoon drinks - such a lovely opportunity to meet fellow guests over a wine or beer and delicious snacks. The staff are friendly and welcoming

The location was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and had amazing facilities - a GHD hair straightener! There were free coffee machines on each floor and an amazing rooftop terrace. Overall, a great hotel.
