This was an affordable, clean, quiet hotel near airport. The lady proprieter was very nice. The shuttle to the airport extremely early in the morning which I was able to get on around 4 AM in my case was a life saver. Krakow airport was quite crowded early in the morning at the Lufthansa counter so maybe recommended to start even earlier on busy travel times of the year. It is possible to also walk to the airport but can take some time with large luggage. Once again, very pleasant and kind lady proprieter.

I got transfered to Zinar Castle becauce of the renovation in Forest Hotel. Zinar Castle is amazing piece of history and the rooms are renovated super well. Views from the balcony and from breakfast room are simply amazing. Staff noted my dog and cared about our stay utterly well. They even brough dog bed to the room.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Everything about my stay was exceptional, and I found it to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The service was attentive and gracious, the room was spotless and beautifully appointed, and the atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
