My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

Exceptional behaviour by receptionist Mr. Muhammad, it was my 3rd time, stay here, and this time, I was surprised by Mr. Muhammad, he has given me an upgraded room with balconi and jacuzi, it was so nice of him. As usual, breakfast had plenty of options. Overall, the stay was very good.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful facilities. Big room, really clean and very comfortable. The gym is fantastic. I used it during the day as it was too hot outside and is really well equipped. The staff are also wonderful, especially Faisal who helped me during my stay. Location is very convenient for both the boulevard city/world and airport.
