The townhome was clean, bright, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook (pots, pans, utensils). There were a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There was a washer and drier, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. It was a calm location. A short drive across the street to Grace bay beach, at the beach access next to Opus restaurant (which we also liked). We did use the common pool a couple times but honestly went to the beach across the street every day. There are beach chairs and towels and a couple umbrellas. No snorkels or other fun beach toys- so bring your own. I would most definitely stay there again. Eliza had a wonderful drink for us at check in. She was responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. Lovely place. Highly recommend.

The staff were professional, competent and efficient. This was a good hotel with rooms which were well appointed and comfortable. There was an informal dining area overlooking the beach. However there was not an air conditioned restaurant. It was a quiet hotel which was good to relax in.

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were incredibly flexible and caring, especially with our flight cancellations and the bad weather as we had to extend our stay. Quick and clear communication, spotless cleanliness and a warm welcome, we felt safe and well supported. It's an excellent choice for a stay in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Good location, hot and sunny, but can be windy weather so be careful of sunburn. Great beaches and snorkelling; local sea life on the reefs is amazing. Easy to get about with a hire car (drive on left like UK so get a right hand drive car). Side roads are quiet. The central highway can be a bit frenetic though. Good seafood. Great local beer. Good shops to buy own provisions, can be home from home, e.g. with Waitrose goods! However, expect US pricing and tip regime; sometimes up to 20% and also add local taxes!

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value...

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value for money . Restaurants far too expensive as are products in the supermarkets . Staff in most hotels were rude or indifferent . (Beaches was the exception , with all staff extremely pleasant and professional ). The various Beaches are nice but could be cleaner. I will not be back .

Beautiful hotel and great value. A short walk to two beach options. Turn right to access the soft sandy beach, clear waters, miles of beach front to walk. It's very quiet there. Turn left if you want to snorkel and see the reef. The waters are calmer here. The hotel itself is perfect. Big bright modern rooms with beautiful views of the Marina. A few restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful looking hotel set aside the harbour, the room was very big and airy and looked spectacular. The hotel had a golf cart to take us to the beach and nearby reef. There were sun loungers on the beach the hotel provided a continental breakfast which was nice. Lovely restaurant next door Baci.

It was a quiet hidden gem in every sense from its location and setting to the beautiful and most tasteful decor and nice pool, feeling like a small boutique hotel. The owner that runs it are a lovely person the always lissen to your needs. We are coming back soon.
