Near enough to the main street but far enough that you'll have a good view. We had a big room for the price and all the amenities were complete. Really had a great stay here! People are nice and check in and check out was easy and fast. Hot shower and water pressure are good. Wifi is fast, the tv has a lot of channels, and also has complementary soymilk and sandwich. You can easily ask for advice on what time the street stores close and open. Was able to maximize our stay by going around before all the crowds came in.

Location was excellent, only a minutes from the old town street once we figured out to just go on the big road and not the stairs. We had 6 people plus luggage so we had to take a 10 passenger taxi and it was hard for them to drop us off and pick us up next to the Airbnb. We spoke no Chinese so it was a little hard communicating with the tripool guys. So confirm with the taxi guy on where he can pick you up. The place is very cute. It fit all 6 of us very good. I especially liked the washer/dryer. Host was very helpful. We lost our water bottle and she was so kind to try to send it to us. We tried to walk from the airbnb to Teapot Mountain hike. It was a super long walk, next time we will uber to the Teapot Mountain. Loved this town, the gift shops were so cute and the desserts are excellent. Definitely a must visit and stay!

door code was provided once we arrived. communication was very fast and responsive. we arrived earlier than expected, and the owners allowed us to store our luggage in the room while they were still cleaning. it's a literal 30 second walk to the old street. we needed a ride back to Taipei the day after and the owners also helped us to arrange it.

Great B&B a stone's throw from the Golden Waterfall. Large room, air con, fridge etc. Large terrace overlooking the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Sun beds there too if you have the time. Very clean, nice breakfast. Incredibly friendly hosts. Highly recommended. short drive to Jiufen. Great drives in all direction along the coast.

The property is perfect in every way, it’s like stepping into a completely different world. It creates a vibe that you live in the “spirited away” world. The location is super convenient, I walked to the old street in less than 10 minutes and you get to enjoy the quiet little town all by yourself before the tourists get in in the morning and after tourists leave at night. The host is super helpful when you need anything, you can also book day tours and massage to the room with the host. I’m extremely terrified of bugs, because this is in a forest and I was traveling by myself, that was a concern. But I didn’t encounter anything in my two nights of stay.

Fantastic host, he came to give us the key during check in (we must appoint arrival time in advance because he will come from another place within 3-5 mins after I text SMS that I arrived our room) and brief us about his room and facilities. super big room with kitchen and the view from the bed was stunning. Location is within 3-5 mins from Tea house in the center of Jiufen but it's private, quiet and safe for walking at night. Last but it's the most important is the breakfast in the coffee shop opposite of our stay. It's just only fresh baked bread and veggie salad (no egg) and coffee/tea but it's well prepared and valuable for our stay (breakfast time is quite late during 9.30-11.00). Car parking lot that he advised was not far, but we must climb the stairs up to the hotel (better than walking along the road) and we paid parking fee 400 TWD at the machine.
