my stay here was an amazing experience! The location is the directly in the center of old Hanoi and the staff is very forthcoming and Helpful! Mr Max and his team (Luna, Anh, Pete, Violet) helped with booking an extra trip, checking in and were exceptionally nice!

If I could give more than 10 to the incredible staff, then I would. Alex, Christian and Vivian were the most awesome, helpful and accommodating hosts I have ever met! They helped us with all our transfer, travel plans, tips on where to eat and what to avoid. It felt like we already had best friends in Vietnam as soon as we got here. These guys are incredible and I will definitely come back to this hotel each time because they exceeded all expectations!!! The location of the hotel is excellent - there is a pharmacy, convenience store, sim card store and produce store right on the same street, 2min walking distance.
