Mountain Queen makes you feel at home. The hotel is central, the room was clean, amazing breakfast, we left our luggage at the reception and we took a shower before to take a night bus. Very friendly staff, especially the middle aged staff member wearing a sweater also occupying the cooking place as well as welcoming guests. He and the other staff members made us feel genuinely welcome in the beautiful Vietnamese welcoming way. There was a delicious breakfast with each day something new to try out. IT was one of the best hotel we ever had. Very friendly stuf, comfortable room, very tasty food. They aranged for us 5* cruise in Halong bay for very good price. The pool is nice and warm. Definetely recommend staying here. We loved the hotel.
