Really good hotel, pretty new facilities. The staff is great! Specially the manager… I had one inconvenience with a room service order and she was responsive and offered me a free shuttle to the airport. There’s a decent mall nearby (walking distance)

The staff is so responsive and caring. The best customer experience ever! They dedicate enough time to explain to you about the best spots in the town, good tailors and how to move around. They also provide bicycles. The location is great as well! close enough to the Old town and bars, but very quiet as well for resting. The pool is a great addition for hot days in Hoi An.

I had a fantastic stay at White Lotus Hotel Hue! The highlight of my experience was the breathtaking view from my room—overlooking the serene river and the vibrant cityscape, especially at sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering both comfort and elegance. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hue’s historic sites, and the breakfast selection was delicious with plenty of variety. Waking up to such a stunning view every morning made my stay truly memorable—I would love to return!

The people working at the hotel were really nice, helpful, and always with a smile. The room was big, modernly decorated, and the beds were comfy. We had dinner a couple of times at the hotel restaurant, and the food was good. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Location was good, close to Hue Imperial City. Totally recommended.

The room was clean and the place was run by a very welcoming family. The owner gave us a lot of tips on what to see in the city and where to eat, plus the breakfast was included :) The locations is very central as well. It honestly made us regret staying only one night!

Absolutely brilliant service from all staff. Ruby in particular - she welcomed us with cold towels and fresh mango juice when we arrived. She sat down with us with a map and then clearly explained and wrote down our itinerary and costs for our 1.5 days there. The hotel had communicated really well - by email directly (then WhatsApp) - what we might like to do and arranged our trips and our driver for the airport. So professional. Lovely clean room and bathroom. I found the bed a bit hard on the first night so they added a mattress topper. Free tea, coffee and bananas were available all day. The location was good for local restaurants. Amazing breakfast £2.50 for as much as you wanted from their menu, served to your table (no scrum for a buffet!). Reception area gives a really good impression - nicely decorated and smiling reception staff. Oh and they asked me if I'd like to borrow a hat! Unbelievable service for such a good price, I don't know how they do it.

First and foremost, I would want to express my gratitude and admiration to the entire staff for their wonderful hospitality and attitude; they truly went above and beyond to assist. We really enjoyed our 3 nights in this hotel as everything was fantastic starting from cleanliness of the rooms , location where you only few steps from anything you need restaurants, supermarkets etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and i wish to stay there again on my next visit to lovely Hue.
