The whole experience was incredible! Booking and checking in was very easy. I had my questions answered in advance and the staff was very communicative. When I arrived, I immediately sat by the fire and received some tea. The bedroom has a very thick cozy blanket and the heating pad on the bed was already turned on. I'm glad I asked about dinner. I added dinner for an extra 150k and it was SO worth it. Oh my gosh the food was exactly what I had hoped for!!! I had a very small lunch from trekking so I was very hungry and got to eat a lot. The food was amazing and there was a fabulous mix of spring rolls, chicken with lemon grass, salad, and bean sprouts. The breakfast was very charming and the view is incredible (I woke up to some sunshine which was nice). There's soothing music inside and everything was very relaxing. I asked to do a bath after hiking around that day. I came back for a very relaxing bath (the tub is very comfy). And then the staff coordinated a motorbike to bring me back to Sapa (for 100k which is the best price you'll see). Honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer just to enjoy the vibe and charm of the village.

The staff were amazing! Mi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one night before our trek and they let us keep our bags there. When we came back to pick up our bags they gave us hot tea, let us use the hot showers and towels to change and gave us water and a snack for the trip back to Hanoi. Customer service was above and beyond. We treated ourselves to a full body massage the night before our trek and it was amazing. Location is just outside of the town but a nice stroll and the views are stunning! Customer service was amazing.

Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. Mountain Queen makes you feel at home. The hotel is central, the room was clean, amazing breakfast, we left our luggage at the reception and we took a shower before to take a night bus. The staff here are spectacular and friendly. They helped us book any tours and trips we wanted, assisted with transportation back to HaNoi and gave us tips and advice about Sapa. The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel is adjacent to the busier area of downtown Sapa so access was easy while the noise level was minimal. It is a 2 minute walk to the Sapa station to Fansipan and there are excellent restaurants nearby....oh, and the included breakfast was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.
