The staff / owners were wonderful: friendly and efficient. The service was excellent, hotel clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good I requested a view of the mountains and was given one. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

We had a perfect stay at this family hotel! We arrived in the night, and they stayed up to welcome us. The room was really spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. They also offer an airport shuttle, which is very easy - within 10 minutes, you arrive at Noi Bai.

My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff

I was very satisfied with my stay at A25 Lac Long Quan. The room was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and cafés, and it’s easy to get to the city center. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and business trips. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

The stay was surprisingly good. Despite the bad reviews on breakfast you still can feed yourself with fruits, eggs and toasts (if you don't like the exceptional vietnamese food) We didn't plan to use the pool but it didn't look dirty actually. And the view from the pool area was amazing 10/10. The soundproof cancelled all the noise from the airport so it was quiet. Air-conditioning worked as it should.
