The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. They have upgraded our room to superior sea view free of charge. Very nice rooftop bar with the swimming pool. Surely, will see you again!

The staff spoke English and helped a lot e.g. with renting a motorbike and booking the cars to Halong and back to Hanoi. They even gave us a room for us to take a shower on the last day before we went back to Hanoi, even though we had already checked out. The rooms are sparkling clean, the breakfasts are buffet.

The room looked just like the pictures and it was a very nice experience overall. The breakfast was also very good. For us, it was a highlight and the best hotel in Vietnam we stayed in.
