Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. We booked this hotel last minute, for a quick stop after a night bus. We were able to check in at 3am which was sooo helpful! The room was very comfortable and had 2 double beds. The shower was hot and had a TV with Netflix. We wished we could’ve stayed longer! In the morning we were leaving for a boat cruise but needed to get some laundry done and then hotel staff said we could leave it with them and pick it up the next day. The washing was indeed all clean, dry and ready for us the next day after our cruise!
