The property is situated in a perfect location , near to all different shops . The property was clean and accommodating. The pool was always clean and my family enjoyed it . Relaxed environment, good space to relax and just be at peace. Host was amazing and friendly . It’s a good self catering place . We only had to bring our groceries, the rest was provided .

Everything is so so perfect. The location is nice. The hotel is well decorated, not too much but modern and well design. The staff is nice. The bed is so comfy. Everything clean and neat. The breakfast is not much but just nice and enough if the nice breakfast should be. I wish I could stay longer. The rooftop is also chill. The sunrise at the rooftop should be nice but I didn't have enough time to do that.

When you step in the Monarch Hotel, you enter the world of well understood luxury. The hotel is perfectly located just next to the Rosebank Gautrain station (if you leave the station using the Southern Exit, the hotel appears right in front of your eyes). This tasetfully decorated building contains also an indoor patio/garden restaurant that will welcome and give you some rest from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. But most of all, what deserves more than a mention is the wonderful staff! They are friendly, welcoming, discreet, helpful and extremely respectful! They are simply a pleasure to be around. It is a safe haven that you are happy to come back to after the whole day full of activities. I was really happy with my choice.

Everything - we stayed on 37th floor with an amazing view of Joburg and the city skyline. It was a milestone birthday for my husband and the hotel really made it special which we very much appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could need, with lots of attention to detail e.g. international plug sockets, as well as USB and plug chargers built into the bedside table. The staff were all professional, very friendly and helpful. Other reviews have complained about the slow service for breakfast but that wasn’t our experience. It’s not a buffet, it’s prepared freshly so you expect it to take a bit of time. We really enjoyed the different options and great coffee. Room service was also efficient with good menu options. The location is perfect - right beside Sandton City for shopping and less than 20 min car ride away from rosebank, cbd, etc We loved our stay, thanks to all the staff for making it a great one!

Peaceful, Tranquility in the middle of a busy area is hard to find. Thats exactly what this place represents. Nice clean area with friendly stuff, coupled a Caring & Hands on Owner.
