The hotel was very cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect — right in the city center and just a few minutes’ walk from everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every request I had was handled quickly. After check-out, I had a flight issue and needed to stay at the hotel for two more hours — Rahul at reception helped me a lot, letting me use his phone and helping me make calls. They even offered me coffee, tea, and sweets while I waited. Special thanks to the lovely lady who did the cleaning and prepared breakfast — she was an absolute sweetheart.

Very helpful staff carried our luggage for us between our taxi stop and the hotel. Since the hotel is in old town and cars are not allowed to drive into the old town, there’s the need to carry luggage from taxi stop to hotel, which is a bit of the distance.

Totally recommend! I don't have enough fingers on my hands to count how much good things these guys did for us. First they accepted our early morning check in with saving a breakfast with no extra charges. They provided their transfer from an airport with minimum charge. Stuff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a hand whatever we asked for help with. Room was very clean and cozy, breakfast - delicious. Convenient location makes everything you need within walking distance. I do my tremendous appreciation to the staff of this gorgeous hotel. Thank you guys!
