The property is really beautiful, set on an island of Aswan. The welcomed me in like I was apart of their family and made it feel more homely. It is such a beautiful property and accessible only by boat. The island is beautiful. Plus their kitchen is incredible - the food was delicious! I would always recommend people to stay here for the peaceful atmosphere and the incredible sunrises over the water.

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

We liked it because of the views from the terrace, the accessibility to water in the hall, the quality of the bed, the A/C. This was literally less than 5 minutes to the giant pyramids complex which made it easy for us.

I recently stayed at Zones Residence and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the lobby.
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless.
The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible.
