The room was clean, and everything was working. The property was having some renovations, which was okay, and we weren't affected. The bed was comfy, and the room was kind of new; the roof is beautiful, the pictures on Booking very much resemble reality, the room was even better on reality, and the view from the deluxe double room was beautiful

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

I recently stayed at Jaz Elite Asteria and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed right away. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Massouda, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and made us feel incredibly well cared for. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference in our experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect I also enjoyed the buffet. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of healthy. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria whether you're traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit

The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The owners, Michael and Bassant are super awesome, I was a solo Traveller but I felt at my intimate friends' home.. The place is a peaceful heaven on earth

The hotel is close to the main attraction, just 1 minutes to reach Pyramids. Accomodation are big and very comfortable and the food is excellent. There is a big roof top where you can have breakfast and dinner (prices are very low and quantity big!) . But most of all the stuff is amazing. They are all very kind and careful to the customers need. Absolutely recommended!

If you want to sleep infront of the pyramid I recommend Jazal pyramids hotel

I liked how organized and clean it was. Very big also. The staff are also so friendly and accommodating.

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.
