The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

I recently stayed at Jaz Elite Asteria and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed right away.
I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Massouda, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and made us feel incredibly well cared for. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference in our experience.
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect
I also enjoyed the buffet. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of healthy.
Overall, I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria whether you're traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable. The location is right next to the entrance to the pyramids (from the Sphinx side). Touristy area. We felt safe the whole time. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the terrace nice to sit in in the evenings. The breakfasts were very generous
- you definitely won't eat everything. There are a lot of young staff at the hotel during the day who are helpful. I would choose this place again if I went there. I recommend it.

Excellent hospitality. They took care of our vegan dietary requirements. They are the best guides for the white desert, as they know all the spots. Definitely book the desert safari with them, as the white desert is not a national park that has trails or detailed maps. The rooms were also wonderful, as is the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Before we left, the hotel guys gave my kids a lovely gift and a special memory from Egyptian culture.
The room was clean and exactly as described and matched the photos.
Breakfast on the rooftop was great, with a great view of the pyramids! The ladies at the restaurant were always welcoming and smiling.
The airport shuttle worked perfectly, and the taxi driver was very nice too !!
