We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The hospitality throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the food exceeded our expectations. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special.
The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. Everything about the property reflects care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to anyone looking for a perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and top-level hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

1) Property in city center
Very good location, beside small local shops, supermarket.
2) hotel very clean, thats so nice for European. Each hotel room tv, small fridge, a/c absolutely value for money.
3) staff very nice , breakfast served in egyptian style beens, eggs, small potateoes and falafel, served in small dishes which makes such oriental expierence. Breakfast place in the beduin oriental tent with carpets, its wonderfull idea. In morning staff offfered turkish coffe just brewed.
I recomend this place as i felr so welcomed. Plus they are offering to visit local sites white desert and its was amazing. Definetly will return!
Has been travelled a lot but this travel expierence made remarkable memories!

Michael and Bassant are absolutely delightful. I really enjoy being around them, they are truly inspiring and I feel blessed to have met them. You won’t feel bored or alone with them, there is always something to do. Food is vegan friendly, healthy and tasty. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view.

Amazing choice to stay in Farafra and explore White desert. Host‘s Ahmed attitude to his job is admirable: he really interests in guests needs and do everything to fulfil it, many thanks. Nice maintained and cozy hotel territory, big dinning room, very good and variuos breakfast. Dinner is perfect, various and very cheap – only 5 euro for person, portions are very big. Room is spacious, very clean, comfy. Hot water and big shower cabin, that is unusual in Egypt. Comfy beds, clean linen, sheets, blankets, many drinking water for free. Hosts arrange amaizing jeep safaries to the White desert, it is worth every euro we‘ve paid. Free and safe parking, they washed our car for free. Hotel is family runned and they work hard for guest could feel good and safe despite of hard conditions, autorities and police - they are not about help, but about obstruction only.
