I arrived at 3 am and was welcomed by two biggest smiles in universe! Algerian and Jordanian staff members, working on reception were not only professional and polite, but also amazing in what they are doing, and quite helpful with overall stay. Hotel has amazing breakfast. room was very nice and bed very comfortable. I would stay in this hotel if for nothing else then for the amazing staff members you have! I have never had reception staff smile and be helpful like that before.

The hotel is generally fabulous from the outside and inside. Almost all staff are amazingly friendly. The walls are adorned with gorgeous portraits all over the hotel. The room is stunningly cosy and comfortable. The bed, the bathroom, and the design of the rooms are stylish. I liked everything in this hotel. I came with my family, and they were exhilarated with everything including the surroundings. They parking was great too.
