We stayed here for just one night, and everything was absolutely perfect — it truly exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome to the beautiful, spotless room and excellent amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The atmosphere is so relaxing and elegant, and the service was outstanding. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — such a lucky find! We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be coming back. Fabulous location with just a short walk to the lake and the train station across the road . The staff were delightful and attentive. Great breakfast. Our bedroom was located on the first floor of the new block - it was spacious and very modern with a lovely view of the gardens. Very comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is superb (directly on the promenade beside the lake). The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alia and Stan. I stayed in two rooms here (both with a lake view and balcony) 110 and 505. Both were great. I didn't use the wellness spa but it looked lovely.
