The lady with French, Dutch/Flemish background (sorry forgot her name) at the front desk made us feel really welcome to the hotel. She escorted us to our room and got us a reservation in the restaurant before they closed for lunch, wow, amazing ! The Hotel is very chic and rustic at the same time. Location to the Castle we walked to after dinner with entry $2 EUR per person was fabulous. The room had a small terrace and the room and bathroom had plenty of space. The breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. The restaurant we had Lobster Paella with Sangria and Lemon Meringue and a Torres Brandy with coffee, they even heated the snifter for me, classy.

At the foot of Denia Castle, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, La Posada del Mar is set in a 13th-century building. There is a gym and sauna, and all rooms offer sea views.

room was great, with terrace to pool and seaside, not spacious but decent size. you felt very welcome, great staff. Pool is exceptionell, walk to beach/sea is about 5 minutes walk.

The location is absolutely ideal – just a short walk to the sea, with beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location, view, staff and facilities were excellent. Right across from the beach. Good restaurant in the hotel. Rooms 401 and 402 are the best, with balconies and sea view.
