Everything! Sonia, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. She was professional, warm, helpful and pro active in helping us with information and bookings. The hotel itself has been beautifully restored. Breakfast was served in the lovely courtyard upstairs. Freshly made biscuits everyday was a treat. Every part of the hotel made you feel at home. The hotel is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The views are stunning, the breakfast is on par with some of the larger luxury brands, and the spa is a really nice bonus (especially in the winter months). All the employees that we met were kind, helpful, and compassionate.
