Great breakfast - a good selection, high quality products and fantastic service. Staff were always friendly and polite, check-in process was very easy, and rooms were great. Good size, clean, great value for money. Windows were double-layered, so no noise was coming from the street below. Hotel was right near a new metro line, so travel to and from the city was very simple, too.

A 4-minute drive from Brentford Train Station, Novotel London Brentford lies less than 8 miles east of Heathrow Airport.

Very clean hotel. I was in the room with my wife and my daughter. I was very surprised that they have provided normal and very comfy mattress for my daughter. From my experience with other hotels, they usually let you sleep on the sofa bed mattress. This was very important for us as after all day of exploring London it was very easy to recharge the batteries. The hotel is located about 2-min walk from the nearest bus stop. And then from there we could easily reach city centre. 1 minute walk there was a small grocery shop where we could buy drinks, snacks etc. 100% recommended. Very nice staff.

Very friendly, helpful staff, with our special thanks to Colin, Jocelyn and the chef who provided us with an excellent choice of breakfasts each morning. The pub had a lovely atmosphere and it was so nice to relax on the sofas after a day out. Our room was quiet and comfortable with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Wonderful white large fluffy towels in the bathroom and toiletries provided, nice powerful shower. Location was opposite the river with nice walks, local shops and a few other pubs all within walking distance.

The staff was amazing. Truly commendable. Particularly Me Azim (the one on night shift ) and Mr Naeem. I totally loved my stay. I was there for my exam. And the hotel was silent despite of being fully booked. Sound proof. No disturbance. Excellent ambiance and commendable reception staff

We were a family of 5 adults travelling on an overseas holiday from Perth, Western Australia. We loved the rooms we booked which were clean, fully equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and were very happy with the meals we ordered.

Spacious room, and loved being able to open the window for fresh air and view. We needed to stay an extra night unexpectedly, and Lacey at reception was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great !
