As a one of the first batch of guests in the grand opening day, they made us feel welcome, the room is spacious and modern style benefited from newly refurbishment. The breakfast is abundant and all staffs are very kind and professional. I am much appreciated General Manager -James, Hotel Manager - Rahul, Front Office Manager - Hashim and Room Attendant - Susan & Sophie all of them's assistance during my stay.

The hotel was very good and the position perfectly we had a really good view from our bedroom window of the Christmas market and townhall. I am from sheffield it's s second home for me so can say the position of the hotel was perfect. I did feel the room.could do with a bit of tlc as the lamp shade was cracked and a couple of tiles in the bathroom where broken. Also there was blood on the wall.by the wardrobes. But all in all we were pleased with the room .as it is 30 years since my daughter had visited sheffield. The girl on reception was very helpful and polite but we did find the young man rather abrupt. After all this we will.return to the hotel possibly later in the year.
