The place has beautiful gardens, a nice rooftop and a cozy hanging out places all around. Manolis will tend to all your needs and is a great host who is genuine, hard working and a nice person in general! 100% recommend to go here

The location and view of the old Venetian Harbour was fantastic. Best place to enjoy Rethymno and experience all it had to offer.

Everything! The most beautiful place I ever been. So luxurious, stunning view from the suites. Amazing breakfast, made with fresh fruit, vegetables and well prepared. The staff is so king, gentle and helpful. The place to be!!

Beautifully designed exterior. Our room was stunning, but see negative. Wonderful breakfast. Superb location, with an amazingly cheerful coffee place "Pirate Deli" diagonally opposite the hotel. About 15 minute walk to the excellent city beach which stretches for kilometres. Special thanks to Anna and Despina!

I can't imagine coming to Rethymnon and staying anywhere else but at Avli. I can't imagine a more beautiful way to start the day, than having their special breakfast in their dream restaurant that captures the essence of Crete. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel which has quite a lot of advantages. First of all location allowing easily combine different activities. You can spend time on sandy beach in front of the hotel or explore Rethymno old town which is in only 15-20 minutes walking distance. The room itself had all I needed. It is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy, good bathroom.There is a small kitchen so you can cook, buy groceries if you like or just make some tea/coffee. There is also a restaurant in the same building where you can eat delicious Greek dishes with see view. And the most important thing - staff is very helpful and attentive. You feel warmth of human touch. Big thanks to everyone at reception and clean ladies who made my stay relaxing.
