The apartment was clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The staff and the owner easy to communicate.

Excellent location, a few steps from the port and historical center. Beautifully furnished room, cozy beds, and breakfast served in the nearby caffe. The host was very nice and helpful, advising us to find a parking space in one of the nearby streets.

The location was great. The view from one of the rooms was fantastic looking over the harbour. The others didn't have a view but we knew that when we booked. Francesa was very welcoming and helpful at check-in. Good aircon, which made all the difference given the heatwave. Lovely rooms/apartment with very clean and well-designed bathrooms.

First of all : Rossella !!! She is amazing ! So friendly and still very professional - always smiling - nothing is an issue with her ! She’ll find a solution !!! Of course the hotel is very well located - parking places very easy to find close by ( ask rossella she’ll send you places and pictures of goos spots !) Room is very confortable and breakfast is taken in the room from the buffet . We spent a very good time Thank you very very much Rossella !

We only stayed one night driving going north. A nice room in a beautiful totally renovated building just next to the cathedral and the sea. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. And the old part of Trani is very beautiful. We had a very nice breakfast at Palazzo Filisio.
