Comfortable hotel, beautiful grounds and wonderful dining at Il Terrazzo. The pools looked inviting - one outdoor pool was heated and another was an infinity pool overlooking the Dead Sea but we had touring to do and needed more time at this lovely place. The chef visited our table at breakfast and we had an engaging discussion about the diversity of influences that make Jordanian food the amazing wonder that it is!

We loved our stay there as the hotel by far exceeded our expectations. It a genuinely comfortable place. I have to begin with people which were all so hospitable and ready to help, virtually all of them kept smiling and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to entrance guards, to Concierge, pool and beach guards and of course cooks, Ivan, Jahjah, Dessiree (?) and many others. Food in all restaurants was delicious, we also tried an In-room dining and were also very satisfied. As we were upgraded to Junior-suite we had a grand spacey apartment with large private balcony just a floor above the heated pool - amazing room (2TVs, fine beds, large wardrobes, special "cosmetics" corner, all necessary equipment...simply great. Room service was excellent, they strived to make up our room several times a day. All outdoor areas are made of posh looking marble, you just walk short distances from one pool to another. There are several pools, the best are (savvily) restricted to 14overs only, but some especially made for children. Water perfectly managed, enough sunbeds, everything clean and shiny. Special Club for kids will help all parents.Dead Sea beach was brilliantly managed too as there were always 2 guides to help you either with info or mud application. We liked swift valet parking and the overall location of the hotel just 1 hour drive from Amman. By opting for this property you won't miss. Thanks to all managers and greetings to Kempinski Dead Sea from our family.

We had an amazing stay. The resort looked like a small village with a lot of facilities for everyone and a nice design. A lot of pools separately for adults and families with children. Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was incredibly kind and professional and willing to assist you anytime. Special thanks to the guest relations manager Rawan that assist us both for checking in earlier as we were travelling from afar and during a small emergency that we had. Definitely recommended to everyone!

Beautiful location with exquisite interior design and very friendly service located in the mountains. Hot springs accessible 24h and free - best to come in the very morning (6-9am) or in the evenings (>8pm) to have it all for oneself. Also, great breakfast served on a beautiful terrace facing the waterfall and mountains

This place is gorgeous and the servise is fantastic! Booked in the beginning of our trip for a bit of relaxation and it was perfect for it. The interior design of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very warm and welcoming and the views from the hotel are fantastic. I would also recomend eating dinner here - a lot of local dishes and wine to choose from. There was also some live music that made the dinner even more special. Breakfast was very good with a lovely view to the waterfalls.
