The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

Oh my. A corner room with a view. This hotel is on top of Shin-Osaka station and with a corner room one gets an amazing view from the bedroom, and the bathroom. The lobby has decaf coffee pouches to take up to the room. We only stayed one night but was very happy.

What a gem, in the centre of this trendy area of Osaka. We loved the elegance of the whole building. The rooms were totally stunning. The old fashioned lifts were from another era, but fun to ride in. Plus, how many hotels have their own wedding chapel within the open courtyard area? The breakfast room was a stunning place to enjoy the wonderful breakfast.

The bath room is separated from the bathtub and the place washing the body and that was wonderful. Its amenity goods were also well equipped. The location is also nice. we went around by foot. Exploring neighbourhood was fun too as well as good restaurants everywhere. We, three of us felt comfortable.
