I'm from Philippines and I have stayed 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel in a Executive Suites with Access Lounge and high quality of service to details remains. Staffs is amazing, they are very friendly and accommodating. It's a perfect place to stay with a luxurious hotel like Cinnamon Grand Hotel. Will recommend this. We stayed here on the last night of our trip and it couldn't have been a better way to end the holiday. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious (beautifully runny poached eggs at breakfast) and the service was fantastic. Wish we'd had more than one night!

Everything was great! They have a car service from the airport competitively priced with the cheapest taxis. And their free breakfast buffet offered with some packages is amazing!
