The staff (I would mention Mr. Jag and MS. Keow but there were definitely more that would deserve a shout out) which were exceptional. The size of our room and basicaly all facilities: restaurant, pools, gym, greenery and quitness within the facility. The Kids Club was also perfect and the ladies taking care of our children absolutely wonderful.

It was a wonderful 10-days holiday. All staff of the hotel, especially the security guard, are incredibly helpful and understanding. All common areas and rooms are very clean. Room service is very fast and friendly. The reception is always helpful. I am thinking of staying at this hotel again after 6 months. Because I met a beautiful woman with beady-eyed eyes in Thailand, and I miss our pleasant conversations with that woman on the hotel balcony. I thank the hotel for this wonderful holiday. See you again.
